In the second year of the Luminous Science teacher workshop, a group of interdisciplinary teachers and researchers explored combining art, science, and computer science in ways that enhance and support one another. Teachers created artifacts and conducted investigations around phenomena, using art, science, and CS practices to help make sense of the phenomena. They used these explorations to co-design curriculum for their specific classrooms around teacher chosen phenomena and artifact creation.
